Requests the Department of Health and Hospitals to review provisions of the Louisiana
Administrative Code relative to dietitian nutritionists for consistency with applicable federal
regulations, and to promulgate any rules concerning dietitian nutritionists which may be
necessary to conform state regulations with federal regulations pertaining to that profession.
