A RESOLUTION
To recognize the citizens of House District 44 and to designate Thursday, May 14, 2015, as
House District 44 Day at the state capitol.
WHEREAS, House District 44 is located in Lafayette Parish; and
WHEREAS, House District 44 is known as "the front yard of Lafayette"; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to recognize the citizens of House District 44 and to
designate Thursday, May 14, 2015, as House District 44 Day at the state capitol.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the House of Representatives of the
Legislature of Louisiana does hereby recognize the citizens of House District 44, "the front
yard of Lafayette", and does hereby designate Thursday, May 14, 2015, as House District
44 Day at the state capitol.
