Present constitution gives the legislature the power to propose amendments to the constitution that
are submitted to the electorate for ratification.
Proposed constitutional amendment limits the number of proposed constitutional amendments that
can be presented per election to five.
Specifies submission of the amendment to the voters at the election to be held on October 24, 2015.
