SLS 15RS-327 ENGROSSED 2015 Regular Session SENATE BILL NO. 157 BY SENATOR MARTINY COURTS. Provides for the increase of certain fees for the courts of appeal. (7/1/15) 1 AN ACT 2 To amend and reenact R.S. 13:352(A)(1), (2), and (6), relative to certain fees charged by the 3 courts of appeal; to provide for an increase in certain fees for the courts of appeal; 4 to provide for an effective date; and to provide for related matters. 5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana: 6 Section 1. R.S. 13:352(A)(1), (2), and (6) are hereby amended and reenacted to read 7 as follows: 8 ยง352. Fees; bond premiums; equipment, supplies, and other expenses; 9 reimbursement of expenses of judges of courts of appeal 10 A. The clerks of all of the courts of appeal shall charge the following fees: 11 (1) For filing the record of appeal, one three hundred dollars. 12 (2) For filing an application for writs where the supervisory jurisdiction of 13 the court of appeal is invoked, one hundred fifty dollars. 14 * * * 15 (6) For any other miscellaneous civil matter, up to one hundred dollars. 16 For filing an application for rehearing from any civil appeal or supervisor writ, 17 seventy one hundred dollars.
