Act 264 (SB 157) 2015 Regular Session Martiny
Prior law provided relative to certain fees charged by the courts of appeal.
New law provides for an increase in certain fees, as follows:
(1)For filing the record of appeal, from $100 to $300.
(2)For filing an application for writs for supervisory jurisdiction, from $50 to $100.
(3)For any other miscellaneous civil matter, up to $100.
(4)For filing an application for rehearing from any civil appeal or supervisory writ from
$70 to $100.
Effective July 1, 2015.
