Prefiled pursuant to Article III, Section 2(A)(4)(b)(i) of the Constitution of Louisiana.
1	AN ACT
2 To enact R.S. 49:149.31, relative to the names of state buildings; to name the Senator Chris
3 Ullo Building; and to provide for related matters.
4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
5 Section 1.  R.S. 49:149.31 is hereby enacted to read as follows:
6 ยง149.31. Senator Chris Ullo Building
7	The state building situated in the city of Harvey, having the municipal
8 address of 2150 Westbank Expressway Trail, and generally known as the office
9 of motor vehicles of Harvey, is hereby named and shall hereafter be known as
10 the Senator Chris Ullo Building.
11 Section 2. This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not
12 signed by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of
13 Louisiana. If vetoed by the governor and subsequently approved by the legislature, this Act
shall become effective on the day following such approval.
