Act 28 (SB 71) 2015 Regular Session Erdey
Prior law provided for information to be provided in the application for funding of any flood-
control projects under the Statewide Flood Control Program.
New law retains prior law and adds a requirement that the application include any negative
and positive impact of the project on surrounding parishes.
Effective August 1, 2015.
