Present law provides for the provisional licensure of ex-offenders.
Present law provides exception from provisions of present law for certain state departments,
agencies, boards, commissions, or authorities.
Proposed law retains present law and adds exemption for the La. Real Estate Commission and the
La. Real Estate Appraisers Board from the requirements of present law.
Effective August 1, 2015.
