(8/1/15) 1 AN ACT 2 To amend and reenact the introductory paragraph of R.S. 42:1124.2.1(A), relative to 3 financial disclosure requirements of members of boards and commissions; to provide 4 an exception for members not receiving compensation or per diem; and to provide 5 for related matters. 6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana: 7 Section 1. The introductory paragraph of R.S. 42:1124.2.1(A) is hereby amended and 8 reenacted to read as follows: 9 ยง1124.2.1 Financial disclosure; members of boards and commissions 10 A.
