(8/1/15) 1 AN ACT 2 To amend and reenact the introductory paragraph of R.S. 42:1124.2.1(A), relative to 3 financial disclosure requirements of members of boards and commissions; to provide 4 an exception for members not receiving compensation or per diem; and to provide 5 for related matters. 6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana: 7 Section 1. The introductory paragraph of R.S. 42:1124.2.1(A) is hereby amended and 8 reenacted to read as follows: 9 ยง1124.2.1. Financial disclosure; members of boards and commissions 10 A. Proposed law exempts members of boards and commissions who do not receive or are eligible to receive compensation or per diem from the financial disclosure filing requirement. Proposed law exempts members of boards and commissions with expenditure authority of less than $50,000 that do not receive or are eligible to receive compensation from the financial disclosure filing requirement. Effective August 1, 2015.
