DIGEST SB 87 Engrossed 2015 Regular Session Perry Present law requires members of boards and commissions to annually file a financial disclosure statement to the Board of Ethics. Proposed law exempts members of boards and commissions who do not receive or are eligible to receive compensation or per diem from the financial disclosure filing requirement. Proposed law exempts members of boards and commissions with expenditure authority of less than $50,000 that do not receive or are eligible to receive compensation from the financial disclosure filing requirement. Effective August 1, 2015.
