SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 44
BY SENATOR ADLEY 
CONDOLENCES.  Expresses condolences of the Louisiana Senate upon the death of United
States Army Sergeant Justin M. Kling.
1	A RESOLUTION
2 To express the sincere condolences of the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana to the
3 family of United States Army Sergeant Justin M. Kling upon his death.
4 WHEREAS, Sergeant Justin Kling loved his country and enlisted in the U.S. Army
5 to better serve and protect the citizens of America and to fight against the enemies of his
6 homeland; and
7 WHEREAS, Sergeant Kling was a combat veteran who was a member of A
8 Company, 2nd Battalion, 12th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Unit, 2nd Infantry
9 Division; and
10 WHEREAS, Sergeant Kling was a source of great pride to his unit, his family, and
11 his friends who will all mourn for him and remember him for his unique skills, talents, and
12 abilities.
13 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana
14 does hereby extend its most sincere and deepest condolences to the family of United States
15 Army Sergeant Justin M. Kling for their immeasurable loss and his sacrifices and service on
16 behalf of his country.
17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the
18 family of U.S. Army Sergeant Justin M. Kling.
