SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 54

CONDOLENCES.  Expresses condolences of the Louisiana Senate upon the death of
Louisiana Army National Guardsman Travis Scott Bordelon.
1	A RESOLUTION
2 To express the sincere condolences of the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana to the
3 family of Louisiana Army National Guardsman Travis Scott Bordelon upon his
4 death.
5 WHEREAS, Travis Scott Bordelon of Dry Prong, Louisiana, was a twenty-one year
6 old man who died in a single-vehicle accident near Bentley, Louisiana, on Wednesday,
7 December 31, 2014; and
8 WHEREAS, Travis Scott Bordelon was a member of the Louisiana Army National
9 Guard and serving as a military policeman when he died.
10 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana
11 does hereby extend its most sincere and profound condolences to the family of Travis Scott
12 Bordelon for their immeasurable loss and his dedicated service to his state and country as
13 a military police officer in the Louisiana Army National Guard.
14 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the
15 family of Travis Scott Bordelon.
