COMMENDATIONS: Commends Dr. Angela Keyes upon being named Psychology
Educator of the Year at Tulane University School of Medicine
1 A RESOLUTION
2To commend Dr. Angela Keyes upon being named Psychology Educator of the Year at
3 Tulane University School of Medicine.
4 WHEREAS, it is appropriate to commend Dr. Angela Keyes upon being named
5Psychology Educator of the Year at Tulane University School of Medicine and to recognize
6her outstanding contributions and dedication to excellence in education; and
7 WHEREAS, Dr. Keyes received a doctor of philosophy degree in applied
8developmental psychology from the University of New Orleans; and
9 WHEREAS, she completed her postdoctoral fellowship in infant mental health at
10Tulane University School of Medicine; and
11 WHEREAS, Dr. Keyes is currently an associate professor of psychiatry at Tulane
12University School of Medicine for the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences;
13and
14 WHEREAS, Dr. Angela Keyes merits a special measure of commendation upon
15being named Psychology Educator of the Year at Tulane University School of Medicine.
16 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the House of Representatives of the
17Legislature of Louisiana does hereby commend Dr. Angela Keyes upon being named
18Psychology Educator of the Year at Tulane University School of Medicine; does hereby
19recognize and record for posterity her extraordinary contributions and outstanding
20accomplishments; and does hereby extend to her best wishes for continued success and
21happiness in the years to come.
