Insurance Company v. James Herrington, et al." c/w "James Herrington v. State of Louisiana,
through the Department of Transportation and Development", bearing Nos. 21,924, 21,987, and
21,199, respectively, on the docket of the 6th JDC, parish of East Carroll.
Effective July 1, 2016.
