Appropriates supplemental funding, and provides for means of financing substitutions and other
budgetary adjustments for the operation of various departments for Fiscal Year 2015-2016. Provides
for net increases (decreases) as follows: State General Fund Direct (Direct) none, Interagency
Transfers by $18,259,968; Fees & Self-generated Revenues by $7,916,105; Statutory Dedications
by ($10,628,997); and Federal Funds by $7,879,245.
Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
