ACT 57 (HB 1047) 2016 Regular Session Henry
Appropriates supplemental funding, and provides for means of financing substitutions and
other budgetary adjustments for the operation of various departments for Fiscal Year 2015-
2016. Provides for net increases (decreases) as follows: State General Fund (Direct) by
$8,749,058, Interagency Transfers by $19,439,659; Fees & Self-generated Revenues by
$39,911,367; Statutory Dedications by ($12,453,437); and Federal Funds by $73,597,351.
Reappropriates sales tax dedications from prior years and extends the time to pay for
obligations out of sales tax dedications and aid to local governmental entities in the current
fiscal year.
Effective upon signature of governor (June 16, 2016).
