HB 109 Reengrossed 2016 Regular Session	Terry Brown
Abstract: Provides relative to the issuance of multiple hang tags for persons with mobility
impairments.
Present law authorizes the commissioner to issue an additional hang tag to a person with a mobility
impairment if that person is dependent on both parents who are divorced and residing in separate
households.
Proposed law modifies present law by authorizing the commissioner to issue up to three additional
hang tags on behalf of any person with a mobility impairment, instead of solely to mobility impaired
dependents of divorced parents residing in separate households.
