Designates the La. Hwy. 154 bridge which crosses the south end of Lake Bistineau in Bossier Parish
as the "Officer Thomas LaValley Memorial Bridge".
Directs the Dept. of Transportation and Development to erect and maintain appropriate signage
reflecting the bridge designation.
