APPROPRIATIONS: Appropriates a refund of monies erroneously seized by the
Department of Revenue
1 AN ACT
2To appropriate funds out of the General Fund for the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year
3 2016-2017 to Jeremy T. Jones to refund monies erroneously seized from him by the
4 Department of Revenue; to provide for effectiveness; and to provide for related
5 matters.
6Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
7 Section 1. The sum of Three Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Three and 19/100
8($3,223.19) Dollars is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund for the state of
9Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 to Jeremy T. Jones, relative to Department of Revenue
10Account ID 1710060-032-600, to refund monies erroneously seized from him by the
11Department of Revenue in 2013.
12 Section 2. This Act shall become effective on July 1, 2016.
