BY REPRESENTATIVES PYLANT, ADAMS, TERRY BROWN, CARPENTER,
GISCLAIR, HAVARD, HILL, HOWARD, MONTOUCET, NORTON, PIERRE,

HIGHWAYS:  Designates a bridge located on Louisiana Highway 4 as the "Chief Warrant
Officer Brian Henderson Memorial Bridge" 
1	AN ACT
2To designate a certain bridge located on Louisiana Highway 4 as the "Chief Warrant Officer
3 Brian Henderson Memorial Bridge".
4Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
5 Section 1.  The bridge crossing the Boeuf River on Louisiana Highway 4 is
6designated as the "Chief Warrant Officer Brian Henderson Memorial Bridge".
7 Section 2.  The Department of Transportation and Development or its contractors are
8hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation. The
9Department of Transportation and Development may receive assistance, in monies or in
10kind, from the governing authorities of the parishes of Caldwell or Franklin to erect or
11maintain the signage required by this Act.
