Abstract: Removes the termination date of the Louisiana Scrap Metal Recyclers Law.
Present law (sunset law) provides that the provisions of present law (R.S. 37:1961-1977) shall expire
on July 31, 2016. Proposed law repeals present law for the purpose of sustaining the provisions of
present law.
