Abstract: Establishes registration and licensing fees related to unmanned aerial systems.
Proposed law authorizes the commissioner to establish, by rule, a registration fee for unmanned
aerial systems not to exceed $500. Requires the rule be adopted in accordance with the APA.
Proposed law authorizes the commissioner to establish a licensing fee not to exceed $50, payable
to the La. State University Agricultural Center for conducting the agricultural education and safety
training course required in present law. Requires the rule be adopted in accordance with the APA.

Summary of Amendments Adopted by House
The Committee Amendments Proposed by House Committee on Agriculture, Forestry,
