Abstract: Creates the "Bronze Star Medal" special prestige license plate.
Proposed law creates the "Bronze Star Medal" license plate for the recipients of the Bronze Star
Medal and provides for the use, name, fee, design, and specifications of the speciality plate.
Proposed law requires the secretary of the Dept. of Public Safety and Corrections to develop and
adopt rules relative to the implementation of the speciality plate including the transfer of the license
plate to the surviving spouse and the disposition of the speciality plate.
