1 AN ACT
2 To amend and reenact R.S. 15:574.4.2(A)(2)(e), relative to parole supervision fees; to
3 provide for a maximum fee for parole supervision; and to provide for related matters.
4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
5 Section 1. R.S. 15:574.4.2(A)(2)(e) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as
6 follows:
7 ยง574.4.2. Decisions of committee on parole; nature, order, and conditions of parole;
8 rules of conduct; infectious disease testing

11 (2) The committee may also require, either at the time of his release on
12 parole or at any time while he remains on parole, that he conform to any of the
13 following conditions of parole which are deemed appropriate to the circumstances
14 of the particular case:

16 (e) Pay supervision fees set by the Department of Public Safety and
17 Corrections as provided by law to the Department of Public Safety and Corrections
18 in an amount not to exceed sixty-three dollars based upon his ability to pay as

1 determined by the committee on parole. Payments are due on the first day of each
2 month.
