Abstract: Amends the definition of "adjusted gross income" as it relates to child support.
Present law defines "adjusted gross income" for purposes of calculating child support obligations.
Present law does not account for amounts paid for support of a minor child who is not the subject
of a support action before the court.
Proposed law allows the court to consider, when calculating adjusted gross income, an amount paid
toward the support of a minor child who is not the subject of an action before the court.
