ACT 223 (HB 396) 2016 Regular Session Gregory Miller
Existing law provides that one of the members of the child support review committee shall
be the reporter of the Louisiana State Law Institute Marriage and Persons Advisory
Committee.
New law retains existing law but adds that a designee of the Louisiana State Law Institute
Marriage and Persons Advisory Committee may serve on the child support review committee
instead of the reporter.
Effective August 1, 2016.
