CONSERVATION/OFFICE:  Provides for certain fees collected by the office of
conservation
1	AN ACT
2To amend and reenact R.S. 30:21(B)(1)(d)(xiv), (xvi), and (xxi), relative to fees collected
3 by the commissioner of conservation; to provide for fees for activities regulated by
4 the office of conservation; and to provide for related matters.
5Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1.  R.S. 30:21(B)(1)(d)(xiv), (xvi), and (xxi) are hereby amended and
7reenacted to read as follows:
8 ยง21.  Fees and charges of the commissioner of conservation; revisions; exceptions;
9	collections; Oil and Gas Regulatory Fund; creation; amounts; requirements

13	(d)  There shall be an application fee payable to the office of conservation,
14 in a form and schedule prescribed by the office of conservation, by industries under
15 the jurisdiction of the office of conservation.  In addition to any other fee that is on
16 the schedule on July 1, 2015, the commissioner may collect the following fees:

Proposed law reduces certain fees collected by the office of conservation as follows:
