HB 485 Original	2016 Regular Session	Robert Johnson
Abstract: For purposes of child support obligations, deletes requirement that written notification
be given prior to obtaining a credit report.
Present law requires the DCFS to notify an individual in writing 10 days prior to requesting that
individual's credit report for purposes of establishing that individual's capacity to make child support
payments.
Proposed law eliminates the requirement that the DCFS notify an individual in writing 10 days prior
to requesting that individual's credit report with regard to child support payments.
