Abstract: Requires the base of reimbursement by Bayou Health for prescription drugs to be at least
equal to the Medicaid reimbursement.
Proposed law requires the base of reimbursement for Bayou Health payments for prescription drugs
to be not less than the Medicaid reimbursement unless the provider and Bayou Health plan have a
national agreement for other pricing schedules.
