to the account of the Lafourche Parish School Board to satisfy the obligation of the state pursuant
to R.S. 41:642(A)(2) for oil and gas royalties attributable to Fiscal Years 2007-2008, 2008-2009, and
2009-2010 relating to oil and gas production from Section 16, T21S, R21E, Lake Raccourci Field,
parish of Lafourche, state of La.
Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
