Abstract: Prohibits the Department of Agriculture and Forestry from being declared an
indispensable party for suits filed against the department in certain circumstances.
Proposed law prohibits the department from being an indispensable party in any suit filed against
a board or commission or its members if the majority of the board's appointments are not made by
the commissioner.
