R.S. 17:154.2 is hereby enacted to read as follows: 7 ยง154.2. Parents; legal costs; domicile violations 8 A parent or legal guardian of a public school student shall reimburse the city, 9 parish, or other local public school board for all court costs and other costs incurred 10 by the local board if the parent or legal guardian is found by a court of competent 11 jurisdiction to be in violation of the domicile requirements for the enrollment of his 12 child in public school.
