Abstract: Establishes the Mayor's Court of the Village of Creola in Grant Parish.
Proposed law creates a mayor's court for the village of Creola and provides that the territorial
jurisdiction of the court shall extend throughout the village of Creola in Grant Parish.
Proposed law provides that the general law applicable to mayors' courts also applies to the Mayor's
Court of the Village of Creola, the jurisdiction of the court, and the power and authority of the mayor
and other officers of the court.
Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
