RÉSUMÉ DIGEST ACT 153 (HB 913) 2016 Regular Session Carpenter Existing law creates and provides for the membership of Child Protection Representation Commission. Provides that the purpose of the commission is to review the system of representation of children and indigent parents in child protection cases as provided in existing law (Chapters 5 and 6 of Title V of the La. Children's Code). New law retains existing law and adds the chairwoman of the La. Legislative Women's Caucus or her designee as a commission member. Effective August 1, 2016. (Adds Ch.C.
