Abstract: Authorizes video draw poker devices to accept bills of any legal tender or denomination.
Present law provides for the operation of video draw poker devices.
Present law provides that a video draw poker device may have a mechanism that accepts cash in the
form of bills with a denomination not to exceed $20.
Proposed law changes present law to allow bills of any legal tender or denomination.
