Abstract: Requires temporary housing to comply with restrictions imposed on industrialized
buildings.
Proposed law requires any temporary housing being provided to house temporary workers to comply
with the provisions of present law regulating industrialized buildings.
Proposed law clarifies that the provisions of proposed law shall not apply to one- or two-family
dwellings, manufactured homes, or other commercial structures being lawfully used to house
temporary workers.
