ACT 262 (HB 960) 2016 Regular Session Adams
New law requires any temporary housing being provided to house temporary workers to
comply with the provisions of existing law regulating industrialized buildings.
New law clarifies that the provisions of new law shall not apply to one- or two-family
dwellings, manufactured homes, or other commercial structures being lawfully used to house
temporary workers.
Effective August 1, 2016.
