Urges and requests the Dept. of Children and Family Services to convene a consortium of
emergency care facilities designated in the Safe Haven Law (Ch.C. Art. 1149 et seq.) and
Safe Haven stakeholder groups, and to create and maintain a registry of Safe Haven
emergency care facilities.
