HCR 141 2016 Regular Session Broadwater
Requests the commissioner of higher education and the state superintendent of education to
jointly report to the legislature, prior to Feb. 1, 2017, on improving the availability and use
of dual enrollment programs. Requires that the commissioner and the superintendent hold
at least two public hearings on the topic and specifies elements to be included in the final
report.
