Continues and provides with respect to the study committee to evaluate Louisiana's statewide system
of healthcare delivery created by HCR No. 170 of the 2015 R.S.
Specifies that the purposes of the study committee shall continue as provided in HCR No. 170 of the
2015 R.S.
Specifies that the membership of the study committee shall continue as provided in HCR No. 170
of the 2015 R.S. with the addition of the chief executive officer of the La. Ambulance Alliance or
his designee as a committee member.
Provides that legislative authority for the study committee shall continue through Dec. 31, 2017.
Summary of Amendments Adopted by House
The Committee Amendments Proposed by House Committee on Health and Welfare to the
original bill:
1. Add the chief executive officer of the La. Ambulance Alliance or his designee as a study
committee member.
