Authorizes and requests the Dept. of Health and Hospitals and the Dept. of Children and Family
Services, jointly, to study the desirability and feasibility of a prospective program to limit uses of
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits by Medicaid enrollees with certain health
conditions, and to report findings of the study to the legislature.
