HLS 16RS-3410 ORIGINAL 2016 Regular Session HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 104 BY REPRESENTATIVE JEFFERSON COMMENDATIONS: Commends Frank and Margie Coliston upon the celebration of their sixty-fifth wedding anniversary 1 A RESOLUTION 2To commend Frank, Jr., and Margie Coliston upon the celebration of their sixty-fifth 3 wedding anniversary. 4 WHEREAS, upon the celebration of their sixty-fifth wedding anniversary on 5April 26, 2016, it is appropriate to recognize and commend Frank, Jr., and Margie Coliston; 6and 7 WHEREAS, the couple married on April 26, 1951, and they are lifelong residents 8of Claiborne Parish; and 9 WHEREAS, Frank and Margie share a host of accomplishments, but none have 10produced a greater sense of pride than their seven children, twelve grandchildren, and 11twenty-four great-grandchildren; and 12 WHEREAS, after twenty years of dedicated service, Margie retired from Con Agra, 13and she later became a certified nursing assistant and worked for and ultimately retired from 14Homer Memorial Hospital; and 15 WHEREAS, Frank spent his career serving the people of Claiborne Parish, working 16for the Claiborne Parish Police Jury; and 17 WHEREAS, through their loving dedication to one another, Frank and Margie have 18touched the lives of all who know and love them; and 19 WHEREAS, the sixty-fifth wedding anniversary of Frank, Jr., and Margie Coliston 20is a joyous and memorable occasion that merits sincere and heartfelt congratulations.
