HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 126

CONDOLENCES:  Expresses condolences upon the death of Travis Hardy Bagley
1	A RESOLUTION
2To express the condolences of the House of Representatives upon the death of Travis Hardy
3 Bagley.
4 WHEREAS, it was with deep regret and profound sorrow that the members of the
5Louisiana House of Representatives learned of the death of Travis Hardy Bagley on
6Thursday, November 19, 2015, at the age of thirty-two; and
7 WHEREAS, Mr. Bagley was born on December 17, 1982, in Shreveport, to Barry
8and Linda Bristol Bagley; and
9 WHEREAS, in 2001, he graduated from Carthage High School; he furthered his
10education at Panola College; and
11 WHEREAS, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Minnie Lou and Hewey
12Bagley and Dolly and Rick Bristol; and
13 WHEREAS, Mr. Bagley is survived by his parents; his son, Jaxon Bagley; his
14siblings, Lauren and Clay Bagley; his aunts, Bonnie Pope and her husband Dale and Brenda
15Fisher and her husband Donnie; and his uncles, Butch Bagley and his wife Linda and Mark
16Bristol and his wife Dorothy; and
17 WHEREAS, although the death of Mr. Bagley has left a tremendous void in his
18community, his memory shall live forever in the minds and hearts of all who knew and loved
19him. 
20 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the House of Representatives of the
21Legislature of Louisiana does hereby express sincere and heartfelt condolences upon the

1death of Travis Hardy Bagley and does hereby extend enduring appreciation for the pride
2and honor that this wonderful man will forever bring to his family and friends, his
3community, and the state of Louisiana.
4 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a suitable copy of this Resolution be transmitted
5to the family of Travis Hardy Bagley.
