Urges and requests the Dept. of Public Safety and Corrections, public safety services, to make any
necessary improvements to the system by which records of information are received from security
providers concerning coverage of vehicles and persons by security so that the appropriate fees can
be collected from security providers who fail to timely notify the department when any policy, bond,
deposit, or other item of security is terminated, withdrawn, canceled, lapsed, or otherwise made
ineffective.
