Requests that the Governor's Advisory Council on the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), in
conducting its review of ESSA, study the impact of ESSA on the state's school and district
accountability system and include in its final report to the governor its findings and conclusions
relative to the issue, including any recommendations for changes to state law or state policy with
respect to such system.
