HSR 4 Original 2016 Regular Session Talbot
Requests the House Committee on Municipal, Parochial and Cultural Affairs to study and make
recommendations regarding procedures that can be implemented in order to address the failure of
local governmental subdivisions to make timely payments on public works contracts and to report
its findings to the House of Representatives no later than 30 days prior to the 2017 R.S.
