ROADS/HIGHWAYS. To designate a portion of LA Highway 14 in Calcasieu Parish as the
"Louisiana State Trooper Steven Vincent Memorial Highway". (8/1/16)
1 AN ACT
2 To designate a portion of Louisiana Highway 14 in Calcasieu Parish as the "Louisiana State
3 Trooper Steven Vincent Memorial Highway"; and to provide for related matters.
4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
5 Section 1. The portion of Louisiana Highway 14 between its intersection with
6 Louisiana Highway 27 and its intersection with Lognion Road, all in Calcasieu Parish, shall
7 be hereinafter known and designated as the "Louisiana State Trooper Steven Vincent
8 Memorial Highway".
9 Section 2. The Department of Transportation and Development and its contractors
10 are hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation.
