DIGEST SB 106 Reengrossed 2016 Regular Session Boudreaux Present law provides for a short-form birth certificate and fee for such certificate. Proposed law retains present law and provides that a short-form birth certificate card may only be purchased by an individual who also purchases a long-form birth certificate in the same transaction.
