Proposed law changes the name of the Department of Health and Hospitals to the Department of
Health and re-creates the department and the statutory entities within the department.
Sections 1 and 7 effective upon signature of the governor or upon lapse of time for gubernatorial
action.
Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 effective June 30, 2016.
